Postage Stamps = Photoshop//Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize
Yesterday I was bored, I had nothing to do ... so I was googling things. I came across some interesting architecture, beautiful human beings and intriguing art. I somehow stumbled into the topic of POSTAGE STAMPS, which I adore for two reasons:
1. they are tiny, little pieces of art
2. there are so many different styles and designs
I collected stamps at the age of 7, until I turned 10.
Today I just soak in the art and creativity, to INSPIRE myself to create my OWN little pieces (of art).
I first created the template of a stamp, than I played around with options to achieve my desired effect.
I used:
Photoshop//Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize
on all these pieces, varying only the 'Crystallize' size.
As I said, I was inspired by a few things, so I used these things to create the different compositions.
I hope YOU guys enjoy them (maybe even FAVORITE them)
Thank You!
